Whether you’re a local or visiting Fayetteville, Tennessee, a stroll through historic downtown pairs perfectly with a stop at Big Creek Winery East, where you can sample the full range of acclaimed fruit and vineyard wines. The welcoming tasting room offers comfortable seating, ideal for relaxing with a glass, enjoying a chilled bottle with your own meal, or browsing wine-related gifts, t-shirts, and other souvenirs. On weekends, free live entertainment from local and regional talent enhances the tasting experience. The tasting room can also be reserved for private events during non-business hours.
Alongside more than 30 grape and fruit wines, visitors can savor two exclusive wines crafted for this location: Old Stone Bridge Wine, a blend of Chardonel, Traminette, and Vidal Blanc honoring the 108-year-old Elk River bridge’s rare six-arch design; and Camp Blount Red Muscadine, a robust whiskey-barrel-aged wine celebrating the historic site where Davy Crockett and Andrew Jackson mustered troops for the War of 1812.

Set in picturesque Townsend, it's the ideal, laid-back stop on any Smoky Mountain adventure or wine trail itinerary.
Located in Giles County, Tennessee, just a few miles from Interstate 65, Big Creek Winery welcomes visitors to take a tour of the winery and taste all the wines (no charge for tasting) before purchasing. Visitors are welcome to bring a picnic and enjoy a cold bottle of wine in the indoor or outdoor seating areas. Free musical events are hosted throughout the year. The gift shop offers wine-related items and t-shirts. Since Big Creek Winery's establishment in 2016, it has expanded its wine offerings to include more than two dozen grape and fruit wines.
